Recipe

1. Soak Sabudana for 5 hrs.
2. Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan
3. Add cumin to it
4. Sauté Sweet Potato and add Rock Salt, Garam Masala & Red Chili powder
5. Cook for 15 mins until color changes to brown
6. Pour Lemon Juice, garnish with almonds & Walnut
Serve Hot
