Fenugreek (chopped): 100 grams
Bengal gram flour: ½ bowl
Whole wheat flour: ½ bowl
Green chilies: 3 pieces
Salt: ½ tablespoon
Turmeric powder: ¼ tablespoon
Garam masala: ¼ tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste: ½ tablespoon
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Water: 1 bowl
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make its dough.
Make the roundels.
Bake at 400°F / 200°C for 7-8 minutes.
Garnish and serve hot.
