On 13th February 2020, Billion Hearts Beating Foundation organized a General Health Examination Camp for the senior residents of Sukrit Vridhawas situated in Dabua Colony, Faridabad, Haryana.
The camp was conducted to diagnose and address the health issues of the much needy elderly people. It included blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar check, BMI check, checking of medical history and consultation by a General Physician.
After the camp, Billion Hearts Beating Foundation distributed medicines free of cost as prescribed by the physician to the needy elders. The uniqueness of these camps lies in its comprehensive approach where health promotion and prevention are given equal importance while curative care is administered.
