General Health Check Camp- Old Age Home Programme
As a part of Old Age Home Programme, Billion Hearts Beating organised a free medical health check-up camp for the residents of Shri Krishnadham Vridh Ashram at New Delhi on 25th July, 2016.
The camp was conducted to diagnose and address the health issues of the much needy elderly people. It included blood pressure monitoring, medical history taking and consultation by a doctor. Post the camp, BHB distributed free medicines as prescribed by the doctor.
The uniqueness of the camp lies in its comprehensive approach where health promotion and prevention are given equal importance while curative care is administered.
