During the pandemic COVID-19 crisis, Billion Hearts Beating Foundation has distributed various essential healthcare items such as reusable masks, gloves, disinfectants, digital infrared thermometers and pulse oximeters to the associated old age homes and children facilities in the North and South Regions of India – namely the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Delhi & NCR.
Reusable face masks that were distributed to the underprivileged communities, were made by Aragonda Vikas Trust Women which supports sustainable livelihood, and women empowerment.
Billion Hearts Beating Foundation has continued its support to the elderly residents & children through its Monthly Medicine Distribution Drive. Moreover, Multivitamin + Zinc Tablets along with the ongoing regular medications were supplied to 130 Old Age Homes PAN India to boost immunity.
Through all of these distribution activities, Billion Hearts Beating Foundation benefits over 7,800 elderly residents & children every month.
